What does 37.5mg of phentermine equal to adderal

i don't think the two can be compared since theyre not the same category of stimulant. they do however both act on the Sympathetic nervous system so one could go with the same rule physicians use when alternating a patient to a different opioid, they'll switch them to a new opiate at half the dosage of the last one and then titrate up until relief is acquired. (so try 15mg)

Aren't they both amphetamines and would you think the pharmacy would dispense Phentermine and Adderall at the same time

they would dispense them both, the only time you should have an issue getting things dispensed is when you have the same type of drug in different dosages
