Gabapentinoids Phenibut hcl drought in the EU?

Is anyone else in the EU experiencing a Phenibut hcl drought? I've gone to many different clearnet vendors that used to offer it and they either no longer sell it or are out of stock. Is this a global phenomenon? One limited to the EU? It really sucks for me because I found it to be a really useful motivational aid and mood booster. I'm just wondering if anyone else in the EU is experiencing the same difficulties as I am.

I don't know sorry. I don't use it as I've never seen it for sale on a UK clearnet site.

I did use it a few times for opi w/ds back in the days when it was easy to get almost any of the class C type prescription meds mainly from Indian online pharmacies - shipped openly declared as medication - without Border Force ever seizing anything, back in those days.

yes at least one vendor that had it all the time as Kratom but Kratom still has and Phenibut in all forms is out of stock
