Phenibut for stim comedown?

Anybody done this? I know that the gaba effect of phenibut should help, but would the stimulating effects be uncomfortrable?

It works and it helps, not quite to the level of an opiate or benzo but it’s definitely

On occasion it has made me feel worse, tired but unable to sleep, irritable, rls like feelings in the legs, etc but this is hit or miss usually it helps. I try to keep the dodge low (less than a gram usually). It also takes such a long time to kick in which sucks if you're at the tail end of a stim session and hoping for more immediate relief but this can be mitigated by planning ahead when to take it.
