Phenibut will help some with the emotional issues and the benzos will help some with the muscle/body issues. Of course both are addictive so be careful. A solid dose (30-40mg) of loperamide (Immodium) will work better, and will help for about 36 hours, but takes 3+ hours to really kick in, though so does phenibut.
