Perscription refill question

I have a perscription written to take two at night. I.e, 60 pills for 30 days. My insurance will cover on 30 pills the other 40 I have to pay outright. I messed up and took a few extra here and there through out the 30 days and aim going to run out beforey next perscription due date. My question is can I purchase one of the prescriptions after 15 days?
