Opioids Percs + promethazine what’s a good combo?

Normally takes about 6 perc 10s to get me right based on my tolerance. I just got a bottle of promethazine (no codine) would combining the two enhance the experience. If so what ML on promethazine.

It depends if you enjoy nodding or not, it'll probably just cause you to be more drowsy and more easily induce the nod. It may potentiate the hydro very slightly but with such high oral bioavailability it is already very close to the limit of how much drug can be absorbed.

I don't know about doses of promethazine but i'd start with either the recommended single dose serving or double that about 30 minutes before you take you hydro.

I know that there's 37.5mg of Promethazine in an ounce, and 60mg of codeine. You shouldn't need more than 25mg though honestly, and be careful a promethazine high is not what you'd expect. It can get REALLY trippy! Be careful and keep the promethazine doses low forsure!
