Opioids Percocet for 8 months

I have been taking 5mg Percocet for about 8 months after a car accident. I take it about 4times a day. What can I expect for withdrawals and should I taper down.
 
Tapering always helps your body adjust, but if you feel like you can cold turkey it, that'll be physically better for you. Diarrhea will probably be the worst wd symptom at that dose, insomnia, RLS, general sadness, aching muscles and anxiety are likely too.
