Panic attacks caused by heroin?

So I have been an avid user of heroin for 8 years and whenever I shoot about .3 of some really really pure bth I start the all loving nod but come to a panic attack every time without skip lately I cannot even enjoy getting high because it sends me immediately into a panic attack is there a reason for this? It use to happen occasionally when I was a smoker and would get a huge nod on but now anytime I inject I get a panic attack almost always.

Its normal, sometimes I get that with opium tea or oxycodone, take a break from H and it will fix itself.
