Stimulants Painful headache from Speed (paste)- help needed!

I took some amphetamine today.
European speed from paste, dried it as I was told and mixed maybe 1/3 of a gram into iced coffee. Not a lot because I only had 1g and still have a lot left.

Its been about 2 hours and I have an extremely painful headache. I never get headaches and have used stimulants alot.
Its better when I stand up but really bad when i am still.

I took and ibuprofen and i'm drinking water and icing my temples.
I found a post from 2017 here where someone else had the same problem but wanted to see if anyone here now knows what's happening or how to get rid of it?

I have never experienced anything like this before and so I am slightly worried in addition to being very uncomfortable

Paracetamol and aspirin are probably more likely to help a headache than ibuprofen.

Water is probably the best thing for you. Neck a couple pints of it
