Cocaine Paid for Heroin, received crack?

Hi, I understand no-one can tell me what this is just by looking at it, but I ordered some H and received this. I smoked it all and it feels nothing like smack, I can act sober and my lips/jaw are really numb. Could this be crack?

It did not crumble, it flattened more like a paste and stuck to my fingers.
