Oxycodone & Valium

I'm mixing 30 mg Roxy with 15mg of valium...I have a high tolerance to benzos.....is it gonna be safe to make it 20 mg of valium??

What is your tolerance like with oxycodone? If you normally take these two medications together, I don't think an extra five mg of valium will make too much difference. If you have no experience with oxycodone, you may want to take less.

We would need to know to your opioid tolerance , and benzodiazepines and opioids and can be a dangerous combo; I would stick 10-15mg Valium, it has a rapid onset, and it wears off surprisingly fast, so you can take another 7.5mg(or 5-10’) a couple hours after later, after Oxycodone peaks- still be careful- 29-30mg oxy and 15ng dzp(Dzp) is likely enough

Everyone's different and it depends on tolerance, as others have mentioned. For instance, I can take 30 mg of Roxy any day of the week regardless of tolerance without any hint of a problem. But without any tolerance, 10 mg of Valium would put me to sleep for days.
