oxycodone to methadone

Hey all! Looking for some insight so Just a quick question. So Im trying to take methadone instead of subs cause of consistent back pain and I felt it would be much easier to take methadone. Not looking for an opinion on that but I am looking for an answer to this question: how much methadone should I take if I take 200mg of oxy ir per day now? (Been about 2yr at this dose) +|- about 30mg. I know it varies person to person but I'm looking for an approximate number. I've looked at opioid conversion charts and the results were 200mg of oxy oral I should take 20mg of methadone per day but for some reason I don't trust it and I'd rather hear it from someone else I suppose. Preferably someone more experienced in the situation or someone that's done it themselves. How much should I start off at?
