Oxycodone dosage?

Okay so far ive taken 2x20mg tabs over 3 hours. Ive just found out they are extended release ones. I feel high but nothing major just quiet spacey? Should i take more potentially crushed up? Or just wait till another day?

Also i take 100/150mg tramadol daily on a prescription and have for past 18 months so have a opiate tolerance. Could that be effecting me not feeling much?

Any views greatly appreciated x
 
12 hour extended release formulation..You could take another one and that would probably be a good enough amount. You would have an opioid tolerance to some extent, definitely. You definitely are not considered opiate naive, you could probably ingest 2 more and be alright if you dont crush them, but I would start with 1 at a time. Don't crush them unless you are going to swallow the crushed medication. That formulation of OxyContin is abuse-deterrent and will gel up if you try to snort it. You also definitely cannot inject it..
