Oxycodone and Hydrocodone mix

Hello,

SWIM is new to using these drugs. Few hours ago(5) SWIM took 3 5mg oxycodones after 5 beers and passed out. Now SWIM is awake and its 10pm so SWIM is planning on taking more to get his sleep schedule corrected. SWIM is staying at his grandmothers place for the summer and found a big stash of drugs and is very excited. There are a limited amount of oxycodones left but a good amount of 5mg and 10 mg hydros. SWIM is wondering if taking hydros now will get him high again since initially it was oxycodone that was taken. And if it does work how much is safe? SWIM is new to these drugs but has a high tolerance already. SWIM took 15mg of hydros few days ago and needed 10mg more to get a nice high. SWIM also realizes that the best high is when he does not knock out too early and enjoys the warmth down his body, so what is a good dose to stay awake for a good 3-4 hours but be really high? You will have somewhat of a tolerance. Do not drink and mix opioids; you are asking for respiratory arrest and accidental death. You are lucky you woke up. Taking a lot of these drugs is also not safe because of the acetaminophen content, so be careful. This is also especially toxic to your liver when combined with alcohol.

Take no more than 20mg and do not drink any alcohol.

This is really difficult to answer as it's going to vary a lot by individual. As to mixing them, I do that daily.

20mg oxy = 30 mg hydro, orally.. And yes, you will feel the hydro after taking oxy. Read the blua, the use of swim isn't allowed..

Usually you base the "safety" of a dose, in comparison to the acetaminphen content, and not the hydro.. do not exceed 3,000 mg per 24 hours.
