Opioids ORLAAM did anyone take it?

My clinic put me on it as part of a study and I stayed on it for about 6 months until they switched us all back due to QT prolongation. It's also called levomethadyl acetate or also Levo-Alpha-Acetyl-Methadol
and at first I dosed Mon Wed Fri because it would last for 48 hours at least. But I asked if I could come in every other day and I did that for most of the time that I was on it

It was a very good blocker.

I remember this as the 2-3 day methadone? For a short while I think it was suppose to replace methadone due to only needing it once every few days. Never took off though and methadone stayed in place. I too never met anyone that took it. Just in literature.

The manufacturer voluntarily stopped making it around 2003 due to health concerns
