The best way to take this please for someone who has been taking orally for a few months (10ml) plus taking codeine (up to 120mg. Note - 60mg has no effect) for 5yrs+. Was thinking of plugging as struggling to get hold of enough to take orally and get a good effect. I'm a beginner on this site so please, helpful answers only. I have looked on Google for an answer first.

Unfortunately, injection use is really not feasable with this stuff. Dumbasses have tried (yours truly) and failed. Morphine is very underwhelming by any other route in my opinion, but if you want to get the most mileage out of your syrup, I would recommend going the route of Rectal Administration. You get a fast onset, a relatively good Bioavailability and you it's safe as long as you keep your dosage in check.
