Oral/rectal administration of black tar

Could I cook up say .1-.2 black tar like I would to IV usually but maybe add more water to it , pour that solution into a cup of water or orange juice and drink it and still get high? I think I read somewhere it's similar to morphine based opiates orally in terms of bioavailability like morphine and dilaudid (30%) orally but I was wondering if that would work at all or if anyone has ever done this? Also could I rip the syringe tip off and plug the shot I cooked up? Anyone with experience would be appreciated
