Do they have significant opioid activity? The books I have some 3-OHO-PCP derivatives with decent affinity values but I don't have any values for the two you mention. I would be very dubious about the derivatives I mentioned because I'm not sure if they ever checked selectivity.SpiralusSancti

They don’t but you need only like a mg to strongly potentate opiates. Well I know for a fact it’s so with 3-meo-PCP so probably for other PCx too..
