I'm trying to stop Dr prescribed opioid but every time I do I get a stabbing stomach ache. Dr is no help, any thoughts on how to stop this pain and how long it will last? I can't function like this. Thank you.

You should see a gastroenterologist and get that checked out. That's not a normal response to coming off an opiate in general. You may have an undiagnosed stomach issue and the medication is just masking the pain from it.
