Opiates in Central America (El Salvador)

Hi! I'm currently in Nicaragua traveling the Central Americas.. I'm getting ready to head into El Salvador tomorrow and will be in San Salvador for a while. My spanish isn't great so I haven't really been able to ask locals but I have 3 ruptured discs in my neck that have really been bothering me while surfing. My neurosurgeon sent me down here with 60 10mg vicodin but I've gone through them all in the last few months. I still have my 10mg hydrocodone bottle for 60 pills. I've taken codeine but it does nothing for my pain. Does anybody know if hydrocodone can be purchased in San Salvador and what it would be called?? I used to take morphine tablets for the same thing and they also help so if anybody knows if they're available and the names of them, please let me know!

hydrocodone n morphine arent gonna be able to purchase OTC if thats what you mean by available

if i was you id go see a local dr n see what he'll script to
