Anybody with GERD have issues snorting fent pills? Idk if it's making my indigestion any worse or if it's just coincidence?

i know some morphine products can cause ulcers with continuous oral use but not sure about synthetics

There are opioid receptors all over the body in every organ. They can relax the gateway from the stomach to esophagus, exacerbating acid reflux. Would logically also worsen indigestion as well.

It could definitely be explaining the worsening of symptoms.

Anecdotally I've certainly had acid reflux a LOT with opiates back when I used. I thought I was the only one though I found out opiates actually decrease your peristalsis in your esophagus, from my understanding, the same mechanism that causes the constipation can cause acid reflux in some people. There's a paper I believe on this as well.
