Opiate problem. Methadone w/d?

Using hydromorophone for many months. Got a hold of some methadone from friends I trust. Used methadone 50-60mls for about 2 weeks. (Not everyday but most days) will I be out of the woods so to speak with the withdrawal from hydromorophone? And will I be having withdrawal from methadone? Last 3 doses were 40 MLS and 30 doses. Just want to know how much potential trouble I am in.

How much hydromorphone have you been using and what ROA? You probably won't have serious withdrawal taking methadone for two weeks. Try lowering your dose the second week your on it though, as that much will likely be unnecessary. Let us know how it goes, consider starting a thread to document this in SL, and good luck!

Any bit you can come down would be helpful before jumping off.
Whats the mg to ml ration on your syrup?

I was assuming 1mg/mL per dosing in the U.K./Aus.
