To start id like to say, to each their own, crack heroin whatever it is, that being said with everyone abusing and dying ( NOT ALWAYS THEIR FAULT BECAUSE OF ASSHOLES LACING SHIT W FENANYL, FUCK THOSE AHOLES) But i feel like theres a new crisis at hand, the chronic pain patient being the victim of the opiate epidemic and being one of them, i feel like as the deaths ramp up, theres more and more of a less of empathy for real pain patients that arent addicts but are dependant on opiates to live full lives and not wana die/ stay in bed all day because doing stuff is too painful, theres gotta be a line drawn somwhere anyone else feel as i do? Because sure some abuse but you know theres a way to abuse to get high, and a way to abuse being stupid and using more than you clearly know you should which pains me because no one should OD on their DOC but its happening more and more and its just so damn infuriating

In the end real patients who would never think of hitting the streets for adequate relief ( like myself) are all gonna be doing it and 1 is it not only unsafe if you dont know the streets but with fentanyl lacing becayse its so cheap ( even put into coke! Like fuck that right?!) Its all a recipe for disaster and getting rid of opiates wont solve anything either because they have viable real uses and its just becoming harder and harder to get treatment because of everything i dont know where im going with this but im sure youll all chime in with your own thoughts towards the matter

There never was an addiction crisis. I don't like to state it like that because it makes me sound like a climate change denier or a mental defective abusive Wikipedian who tries to freeze out everyone else by erasing content and calling anyone else vandals and hoaxers, but it is true and any indignant doctor who knows the score and is sure that no one else is listening will tell one just that. The Drug Rehabilitation Indu$try bangs this drum to enrich themselves, and they and their fucken tin-horn Chekist political cover and demon snake bastard sadist corporate clout and mafioso quisling professional physician organisations do it to gain more power over more people with softer voices and less unity -- as they are quite inured to and happy about telling execrable lies with a straight face, as they've been doing it for ever.

I think the pressure started in maybe 2008 -- the last pain specialist in the United States who prescribed for me suddenly had me have my GP do it, which he was happy to do and jacked up the dose, then he died at the age of 93, things were a lot worse, and I just decided that the next time I went back to Europe, I was just not going to come back. A few years later, I find out that her concern was the number of people she was treating, my being on narcotics for several decades (what the hell -- tell me how after a good fraction of a century and at the lowest dose in 20 years you are going to prevent "addiction" people -- the chance for me to become addicted came and went years ago) and also that her clit would start tingling 10 minutes before our appointments and keep it up until a half hour after.

The government could ensure that all that Afghan opium hit the streets as high-purity No 4 smack just like it did in the first decade of this century, but, to the delight of the lying Bolshevik media there, all the fentanils, benzamides, non-opioids, toxic cuts and other shit takes its place -- just like strychnine, kerosene, cinchophen, oleander, and methanol found its way into booze in the 1920s and killed 10k people thanks to the T men. Just like Nixon wanted to slip junkies etorphine and kill them all.

Fuck all those bitching motherfuckers. Want to talk about income inequality Democrats -- how many patients have the ways and means and sophistication to leave the country permanently and get away from you politicians and the NKVD bastards hassling the doctors?
