Hi so I'm trying to quit I got school coming up and I work a lot , I'm doing IV black tar 3-5 times a day basically .1-.15 per shot . I keep trying to quit and each day I end up doing a shot but so far I've been able to wait longer and it's easier to wait when I do this now I wait 16 hours and do a shot that's usually cause I end up having to do something or I'm so weak and hungry . My question is if I Say just stayed with this 1 shot I did at hour 16 and wait as long as I can again will that be progress ? I'm also trying to make the shots smaller at the same time as spacing them out longer . Anyone have experience with this ? Also trying to lower Valium dose I'm down to 2.5 mgs every day or every other day
