Opioids omeprazole and hydro

20mg omeprazole and 60mg hydro are there any interaction concerns?

According to Drugbank:
"The metabolism of Hydrocodone can be decreased when combined with Omeprazole."

I have read omeprazole possibly potentiates tramadol but I don't know if it hydro as well.

I think Omeprazole is an Inducer of the P450 enzyme system which will enhance / increase the metabolism of quite a few Opioids (including Hydrocodone) resulting in decreased efficacy / effectiveness which is something u probably dont want. However this can be advantageous for certain "pro-drug" Opiates / Opioids like Codeine and Tramadol!
