Opioids Old opium

Smoke that shit , on some weed or foil probably would work I guess like dope , haven't had actual opium since I was a kid tbh but shit it's worth a shot , I'll tell u this . I would do it lol
 
Yeah I've had aged opium that was liquid like, real thick, not quite syrupy but yeah a few gulps and I was like ahhhhhh yes.

Then I proceeded to smoke bit by bit chasing dragon worked like a fuckin charm.
 
Should definitely still work. Best method is probably smoking it out of a pipe on a layer of weed or tobacco. I really like opium and the dream-like state it induces. Reminds me of my days in Laos. Valium, a couple beers, a few pipes of opium and a spliff is pure bliss (prob not the best HR advice).
 
If it has been stored in a dry place then it's totally fine. Back in the day pharmacies stored powdered opium and Pantopon ampoules/pills forever. Opium is even stored for years in caves in Afghanistan or Pakistan.
