Novel psychedelic structure

Anyone seen this type of structure before? Saw this on sale and it's the first time I've ever seen anything of the sort.

It's U-47700 and an opioid not a psychedelic. And very addictive at that a la oxy or heroin. So if you're not necessarily drawn like a moth i would avoid like the plague.
