Cocaine Nose Damage, worried and would appreciate advice from someone

I cant see a hole in septum but its deviated over 6 years of heavy cocaine use, looks like one nostril is closing up slightly and im worried. could it just collapse instantly?
i think i might have destroyed my septum deep in my nose. Its quite an uncomfortable pain almost constantly beneath my cheek and nose area. Would like advice from someone who has been there or knows about what stages of damage happen and how fast it can happen. Thank you
 
I'm going to assume that you meant perforated septum instead of deviated septum as the ridge cartilage won't change shape due to corrosive alkaloid use. Perforate and erode yes, but not change as far as a central structure. The body & nose being a resilient contraption won't just collapse without major external trauma either. This pain you mention below your cheek area sounds a lot like a sinus infection, as a best guess, but it all boils down to speculation.

BL frowns on endless speculation & diagnosing conditions over the net so I have to close this. I think you will need to see a Doctor to get to the bottom of this and stop the pain. It might only require antibiotics and a break from corrosive alkaloids so it really might not be as bad as it seems. Good Luck Tim.
