none stop popping in ears

I need to know why some ones ear on the left side of there body Would be making popping sounds in there head after a shot of Meth was done in the right hand side . What would make that happenn

Dam it now I cant stop it either. But I think its because we have increases tension in our facial muscles so u might now even notice it but your fldxing your facial muscles which cause a crackle in your ears idk how it happens

Try chewing gum that might help by relaxing the muscles like when on a plane

I used to get popping in my ear all the time and was not using drugs at all. Still happens every so often and it's annoying. ENT could not give me a good answer either. It could be anything causing this and the meth is making it more noticeable (think of jaw clenching)
