No rush when smoking meth."Good product"

Why I don't get the rush but sleepy after I smoking meth? While everyone is high after smoking that product except me.I don't get high since heartburn few days back.will heartburn effect meth high?Should I use back iv method to get the full rush instead smoking

Observe yourself as you inhale and exhale to look for mistakes in your technique try to hold it in a bit longer and deeper to maybe?

Assuming it is TRUE heartburn (and its not something else) it shouldn't affect the "high". Heartburn originates in the stomach (which travels upward in the esophagus). When you breathe in the smoke, that goes down the trachea and then into the lungs. Two different systems of the body.
