New to Tampa Bay

Can anyone explain to me why it's so difficult in the Tampa Bay area to find H. I have been in shock on how difficult it is to get anyone to cop from in this area. Have the cracked down here in Tampa more than any other area's in Florida?
 
Maybe because you are new are dealers dont trust new faces? No idea. Lived around there for awhile and while wasnt looking, plenty of places looked promising.

Here you pretty much need some other user to initiate you to dealer as they won't be standing at the corner. Atleast in the winter as they would froze their asses off. Luckily I have always got my stuff from a real pharmacy or IOPs. Cheaper also as a pack of 14 old formula oxycontin costs here as much as a visit to Pizza Hut for one at the states.
 
You can marry me if you want a permanent residency :)
