I suggest you check out our Health and Recovery sub forum. Maybe start a thread and ask any questions you have.

Unfortunately i don't personally know much about it other than one should try to taper. If it's bad maybe the hospital can give you something to help? I just googled it and it can be life threatening..

Im new to the forum looking for support and help. I cant go to the hospital they just think your looking for pills which im not
Thanks for writing to me and googling information. Benzo withdrawl is awful. I never abused it. Only took as prescribed

Did you just lose track and run out before you could get a refill? In that case i don't think a hospital would turn you down.

Even if you got them on your own without a script, they can't discriminate because you took drugs, i don't think.
