I just picked up some Bron Cough Syrup in Japan.

It has:
Dihydrocodeine phosphate..... 30 mg
Guaifenesin......................... 170 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate....... 12 mg
Anhydrous caffeine............... 62 mg

Is anyone familiar with this stuff?
Should I worry about any of the other ingredients?

Guaifenesin is toxic in high doses. Don't use more than recommended
