Is this safe? Can it get you high? Can you mix it with codeine or tramadol

The mere fact it is sold as painkiller while having an effect on the main neurostransmitters. Makes it weird to begin with.

And lack of understanding of the analgesic effects. You ever heard anything good about it when used a single compound?

Btw, not heard anything more than they are good painkiller for lots of conditions. Not heard anything about increased dose effects and combined with codeine???

The pharmacology of Nefopam is so weird.

My advise enjoy the Codein on its own.

No definitely not, it’s not even well known how nefopam works. It has loads of side effects and the anticholinergic burden isn’t worth it whilst taking it with codeine. Take the codeine alone. Nefopam has no recreational value.
