Well, as if it wasn't hard enough to score clean rigs...Amazon has now jumped ship. Used to be able to buy bags of one hundred. No more as of last month:( Amazon now reroutes you to a pharmacy for pick-up. Fuckers.
 
Lots of Organizations that follow the Harm-Reduction approach give out free rigs in Canada. I’m not sure about other Countries.
