I've abused MDMA a lot this month, specifically 5 times in the month, 3 of those times being in 1 week and all of them in doses of 100-150mg. Haven't noticed any loss in the magic but I've decided to take a break before this gets out of hand.
I was just wondering what foods/nutrition will help my brain recover and get my brain ready for my next roll and how long should I wait until I should roll again?
