Need safe medication combos

I have been prescribed the following and need advice on safe level when mixing

Pill/content
Norco 10mg -
Ativan 1mg
Baclofen 10mg
Gabapentin 100mg
Med marijuana

What's a safe combo for helping me sleep?
What is a safe combo for pain and anxiety and general sedation?

Don't mix any of these. I would suggest the hydrocodone XOR lorazepam XOR baclofen.

This is coming from someone who studied pharmacology at university.
