:? I'm using the 8/500 co-codomol cheapest I can find through cold water extraction,I don't like to waste my solpadol 30/500 so only take them now and again.. but I'm finding that 150-200mg is doing nothing for me..what do you guys thinks best should I go 300+ and go from there. Any advice would be much appreciated, cheers guys.
