Need help with OCD, hypochondria, irritability and insomnia. What is the best drug??

Hi,

Tommorow is one of my last appointments with my doctor (she will be retiring after this). So I hoped to take a last shot at an effective drug for my poblems. I've been using all sorts of downers for the last couple of years but no antidepressants. I'm kind of done with the benzo's since they do not help me anymore.

The things I find most unbearable to deal with is the obsessive thoughts about disease, death, good and evil, faith and hell that never leave me alone. Also I would like my rage attacks to stop because it happens on a daily basis and it looks as if I'm possesed (can't stop cursing and wishing my "enemy's" total destruction and hell).




I'm wondering if one or a combination of these drugs might help me:

- Clomipramine
- Duloxetine
- Sertraline
- Mirtazapine
- Aripiprazole



Or what else is out there for my problems?

Mirtazipine is great for insomnia and the co-morbid irriyability and other intrusive thoughts that comes with it (was on it for year and a half)
Duloxetine is also quite good for sleep but its a bit more serotogenic than Mirtazipine which is more anticholiregenic
Sertraline i found too stimulating, and the other two i have no clue.
