Benzos Need help with first time Xanax dosage, after stimulants

Hi, so let's say the subject enjoyed about 200mg of Mephedrone in the last 4 hours, last dose 40 minutes ago. If that someone has 0 tolerance to benzo, what dosage of Xanax would be good for sleeping for about 4-5 hours?

I am thinking 0.25, but it still makes me anxious as this substance has never been used. And don't want to sleep for more than 4-5 hours. It is very important that I wake up.

I also have a little bit of weed, camomile and magnesium. Should I take all of these?

No alcohol was consumed.

I have realized that I only have 3 hours of sleep ahead, so I took half of a 0.25 pill and smoked my lil bit of weed. Hopefully, this was the right solution.
