Need help transforming Concerta capsules into liquid for drinking...

Hello. I have 36 mg Concerta tabs.. not the large white ones but the grey cylinder ampulls. I need a method to fully (or nearly fully) extract the metylfenidat into water, so that it can be drinked and dosed better.

Anyone know how to do this? I want nothing of the "delay" effect left in the remains, only fast acting stuff.

Why? If they are beads just divide them in half 18 or a quarter for 9 .
