I've been training for 2 years and made good gains. My pre workout is caffeine and I'm realizing tolerance. Any advice or experience with ephedrine hcl, caffeine, and yohimbe combinations. My goals include; fat loss, appetite suppression, energy and concentration.
I have 12.5 mg ephedrine and wondering if I need to take more?
