Need answer please

My niece ran off with her boyfriend and returned. She said shes veen sick stomach like for 2 weeks but didnt go tk the doctors. Her mother brought her to the ER. She had marijuana and meth in her system and claims she never did meth so it must have been mixed inti the pot.

The question is, is that true? Or is she lying and knowingly did meth? Please

I suppose it could be a thing, but extremely rare. I wonder how much meth was in her system? Was she really sick for two weeks or was she gone for two weeks getting high? If she has ever smoked weed before she'd be able to tell the difference immediately.

Weed that ‘smells funny’, perhaps chemically in nature or solventy should be a tip off. But then some Chemdawg reeks like diesel fuel.
She could have knowingly done meth - -but if someone she trusted passed her a joint anything. Has she used cannabis before?

She has, she does wax i guess. But she doesnt hit it, her boyfriend does and than i guess he blows smoke intonher mouth kissing like

Yeah, if she knows what weed feels like, it's distinctly different from meth.

IDK.. i would be weary but i also want to give her the benefit of the doubt.
