Need advise fast. grapefruit, 200mg codeine and 40mg zolpidem

So far I took T+0 (minutes):

0: two white grapefruits
60: 200mg codeïne


120: Feeling just a little bit stoned from the codeïne. Can I safely take 40mg zolpidem rectaly now?
