Hers some info about me leading up to my question I have been on suboxone or Subutex for about 3-4 years now and last year I picked up a meth habit also been taking Xanax for 6 years so of course have been doing them every day but my question is I got some promethazine to help me out with a few personal problems and I?m wondering if I will be OK taking the promethazine after I?ve done the meth the Suboxone Xanax and now I?m trying to take the prometh

If you are going to take the promethazine, then I would skip the Xanax, and see how you feel. I do almost the same drugs: Subutex, Adderall, Valium, and promethazine. I usually just skip my Valium, cause the promethazine makes me very sleepy, even after the sub, and Adderall mix. If you are using the can at to help smooth out the meth high, I would take a lower dose of the Xanax if the promethazine doesn't help.
