I had taken ecstasy about 10 hours ago and this come down is BRUTAL! I'm very sore and my anxiety is at an all time high. I'm prescribed 1mg xanax and 7.5mg lortab for back pain. Would it be ok to take one of each to take the edge off of this comedown?
