Other than working up slowly is there anything we can draw from the NBOME deaths? 25I seem "possibly" worse than the others but that is definate.
I am assuming other than rank OD, in the cases of seizure strong benzos could save lives, but I am not very up on treating dangerous levels of vasoconstriction

we should not find large doses to be comedic
remember the coneheads - drinking mass quantities of beer - six cans at a time open tilted and draining into the mouth.
we have that with huge joints

monstrous lines of coke
tenstrips
thumbprints
etc.
