I was wondering if the burning sensation that I experience from snorting street H (Afghan #3) here in the UK is caused by the histamine release?
I don't experience this burn or the sensation to sneeze if I've not snorted in a while when I snort OxyContin (The original formula one's here in the UK). I've heard that Oxycodone doesn't cause the pins and needles that street H can/does (I assume this is from unacetylated morphine that is present.) this is why I'm guessing it's histamine causing the 'burn'.
If it wasn't from the histamine what could be causing it, acetic anhydride, caffeine, quinine, something else?
