The batch I got was brown and smelled terrible. Freebasing it left this weird brown insoluble gunk layer, but the NP layer was still brown and left this brown oily layer, which still smelled too strong to vaporize.
I'll look into using acetone and ether and etc to clean it up. Probably more trouble than it's worth.

I liked hexen. My understanding of cathinone QSAR is that NEP should be the best (or rather, "strongest") one. But I've read anecdotes suggesting the opposite.

Hear it doesn't have as much of a rush (comes up slower) and is "smoother" in general, lasts a bit longer too, but wanted to hear more opinions.

I'll give my opinion even though this is from 5 fucking years ago. I've tried both. I equate HEX-EN more with coke. With the rush, the compulsive redosing, the comedown, it just straight reminded me of coke. I loved it.

I got 2G's of NEP >98% a few days ago and I really did not like it at first, but I kept on keepin on, and it has quickly grown on me. It's true, very little rush (if any) but it does have a nice euphoria, and lasts for a good hour and a half. However the absolute best thing about NEP has got to be that it has like a non-existent comedown. I love that so fucking much. One things about NEP though, is it can have a kinda psychotic effect if you do too much, seeing things wiggle, forgetfulness, just... makes ya kinda crazy. If you stay in the "Goldilocks zone" however, it's a great time.

Oh, it burns like a mother fucker. vaping or insufflation.

Bumping this old ass thread in hopes that some more people have tried it and can report. Recently got 1g and plan on trying it tomorrow. Bringing 50mg with me to work tomorrow and plan on trying like 20mg snorted during my last hour of work and then continuing through my commute (public transit, not driving), and through the night. Who has tried this? Whats your dose and ROA? Been seeing a lot of people saying its fairly mild and manageable but I've also seen a number of reports of people binging on it, so I may end up tossing it after trying a few bumps if I recognize that its gonna be a problem for me, as other rushy and fiendish stims have been for me in the past (looking at you APHP and Meth)

Yeah that dosing sounds fine.

It is definitely pretty compulsive, but not as compulsive as its more hardcore brother n-ethylhexedrone. That said, NEP is quite compulsive, especially if you get a high quality batch. I haven't had it in a quite a while, like 5 years. Was thinking of getting some recently but im on the fence about it. Not sure if I can trust myself to not try and vape it.

In any event, if you want to control your usage don't try to vape it!

Well I definitely went overboard. I started off snorting it and continued that through the day. I meant to get an oil burner because I typically do prefer vaping with short acting euphoric stimulants. However I didnt make it to the store before work, so I made a make shift one with a titanium nail from my Nectar Collector.

Overall I wasn't a huge fan. The first dose gave me more anxiety than it did euphoria. The next couple of redoses went the same way. It wasn't until well into the session that the anxiety settled and I was able to kind of enjoy it. It was very compulsive with both vaping and snorting; especially for a chemical that doesn't provide much euphoria. I ended up continuing my session for longer than planned, was up for like 36 hours or so. Screwed myself for work by only allowing myself 3 hours for sleep, so I that day I brought some to work and put the rest in my time lock safe. Overall I didn't find too many redeeming qualities. It did make me horny though and there was some enhanced music appreciation. Didn't get much done except for getting through work, taking more doses and watching porn. Next time I'm gonna see if I can channel it into music and writing, but I doubt that I'll order any more once this batch is up. Still recovering physically from my binge, so I'm gonna keep it locked away for a bit. I'm gonna try to save it for when my roommate goes on his next business trip

Get a time-lock safe. They sell simple plastic ones on Amazon. Might help.

I have a time lock safe, I'm just not great about using it but am trying to get better. It's locked up for the next 6 days.

I'd agree with that second statement. NEP doesn't provide much of a rush when vaped but is still compulsive.
