My sisters bf bought a sprint tablet

Hi.
I'm trying to figure out how to help my sisters bf. He bought a sprint tablet from some lady on cragslist .. she said she paid her bill when she canceled it . Yet they still can't activate the tablet. And they lady yelled at us and hung up on us when we called to check on it cause it's been 2 weeks.

What do we do now? Cause we paid a lot of money for it but it's still on her account and sprint isn't helping much.

Why didn't you make a police report?

I would say you learned from your mistake and never trust people over the internet. This is a lesson learned.

Sorry this happened. I don't fuck around with craigslist so I don't know their policies on buying/returning if damaged.
